Zbs Alfaçelik, started its operations in 1999, with a vision to enhance the quality of the service quality in the sector with an understanding that integrates project – fabrication – installation, to increase the share of steel structures in construction sector and to accomplish its commercial goals.
As of 2007, the Company has extended its operations in parallel with the demands of its Clients and started serving as parent contractor for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
In early 2009, Zeman Holding became a partner of Alfaçelik, acquiring 80% of its shares. By the help of this partnership, our Company has enhanced its physical infrastructure and technical and financial capabilities, and had a unique opportunity to offer its products in Central and Northern European markets.
With synergy effect of partnership with Zeman Holding, our Company increased the number of its achievements and these achievements have been officially recognized with the European Award for Steel Structures, which was awarded in 2011.
In early 2015, Zeman Holding acquired the remaining shares, the 20% owned by Alfaçelik, and our Company was incorporated into Zeman Group, an Austrian company.
Taking its place within the leading companies of the sector by means of the experience it gained since it started its operations, and the technology and capabilities it has and constantly develops, Alfaçelik enhances its service quality owing to the qualified and experienced technical personnel and development teams it employs, and continues its growth. Maintaining its understanding of aesthetics, safety, quality and economy in its services, the Company aims to sets a higher standard for each new project and to do better than the previous one.
Since the date our Company started its operations, we have completed the construction of many long span industrial structures, warehouses, entrepots, plants, industrial facilities, multi-storey steel framed houses, business and shopping centres, hotels, bridges and stadiums, being either steel-only constructions or of steel constructions combined with reinforced concrete.
